Mysore Class

Mondays 6:30-8:15am

Wednesdays 6:30-8:15am

Fridays 6:30-8:15am

Self-practice starts at 6:30am and Amanda is available for adjustments, assistance, and questions 7-8:15am.

Email mysoretucson@gmail.com if you are a beginner or need a refresher to arrange a time for you to learn with Amanda, usually 7:30-8:15am.

Cost

Monthly shala dues are $75-$160, sliding scale.

Please take care of payment before class.

Drop-in $20 / day for folks with an established practice. Please email a quick note that includes the dates you will join for practice to mysoretucson@gmail.com and allow a few days for me to respond.
